About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our Fire & Safety Degree, Diploma, and Certification Courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Counsel students and parents about available courses, eligibility, duration, fees, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets assigned by management.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for the admission process.
Conduct campus visits and assist students during document verification and enrolment.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, career counselling sessions,



and promotional activities.
Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, or admissions will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
