About The Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales Manager to drive online sales, lead generation, customer conversions, and digital campaign performance for an automotive dealership.
Must-Have Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in Digital Sales, preferably automotive.
Experience in Digital Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Digital Campaigns.
Proficiency in Salesforce/CXP, Google Analytics, META Ads, and Google Ads.
Solid understanding of CPL, ROI, lead conversion, and sales performance.
Robust communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture digital leads for new and used car sales.
Develop digital campaigns to generate leads and improve conversions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Manage leads through CRM/CXP and ensure timely follow-ups.
Use digital platforms such as META, Google Ads, CarWale, and CarDekho for lead generation.
Track CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and digital sales revenue.
Train sales staff and prepare monthly digital sales reports.
