We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to strategize, manage, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, analytics, SEO/SEM, and content strategy. You will play a key role in driving brand growth, lead generation, and overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building.
Collaborate with developers/designers to update, optimize, and improve website performance.
Monitor organic performance and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Track, measure, and present campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.




Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance across channels.
Implement A/B testing and strategies for continuous improvement.
Oversee development of ad creatives, videos, graphics, and marketing content.
Ensure all digital activities comply with data privacy laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience managing digital marketing across multiple channels.
Solid expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, analytics, and automation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
