Manage day-to-day operations across all domestic and international e-commerce marketplaces.
Manage marketplace seller panels and ensure that all platforms are functioning smoothly.
Regularly monitor account health, orders, listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, notifications and marketplace alerts.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers, support teams and representatives whenever required.
Raise and follow up on tickets, issues and escalations until proper resolution.
Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective action proactively.
Ensure marketplace policies, processes and operational requirements are followed.
Create and manage product listings across different marketplaces.
Upload product titles, descriptions, specifications, images,



attributes, pricing, tax information, HSN codes and other required information.
Manage listing updates, corrections, categorization and content optimization.
Monitor listing status and identify inactive, suppressed, blocked or incorrectly listed products.
Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images and documentation wherever required.
Manage Amazon USA listings and other international marketplace catalogs.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
