Job Responsibilities
Monitor and track company vehicles through GPS/vehicle tracking systems.
Monitor vehicle movement, delays, route deviations, and stoppages.
Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for vehicle status updates.
Follow up on delayed, stopped, or deviated vehicles.
Maintain accurate vehicle and trip tracking records.
Prepare daily operations and vehicle tracking reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.
Handle other operations-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
Any Degree is mandatory.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shift-based / rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Interest in logistics and transportation operations is preferred.
