JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of end-to-end pharmaceutical commercial ecosystem, including I&A;, market access, sales and field operations, marketing execution and patient engagement
Deep familiarity with commercial data domains, including patient, HCP, claims, prescription, payer, CRM and market datasets
Experience leveraging advanced analytics and insights frameworks, including customer analytics, segmentation, performance analytics and forecasting to inform business decisions
Understanding of data strategy, data governance, and data management frameworks, including data quality, standardization, and scalability of data assets
Knowledge of digital, CRM and omnichannel engagement ecosystems, including campaign measurement, media analytics and customer engagement strategies
Experience working with enterprise reporting and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enable performance tracking and executive dashboards
Familiarity with commercial operations processes, including campaign execution, incentive compensation, territory alignment and program delivery models
Understanding of data integration and architecture concepts, including multi-source data environments, ETL pipelines and analytics enablement




Knowledge of regulatory, compliance and MLR processes impacting commercial content and engagement in pharmaceutical environments
Experience building and scaling global capability models, operating frameworks and service delivery structures
