Sales Executive
Handle sales and customer acquisition activities within the assigned branch or territory.
Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Identify potential customers and promote relevant financial products and services.
Generate leads through direct customer interaction, references, and other assigned channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Follow up with prospective customers and work toward successful conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and customer-acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
The role starts with a mandatory 3-month internship period on a stipend basis.
Successful performance during the internship may lead to full time employment conversion.
During the internship period, PF and ESIC are not registered.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition:




Identify and approach potential customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Explain financial products and services to prospective customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Customer & Branch Coordination
Assist customers throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Coordinate with relevant branch teams for documentation and service requirements.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Provide timely updates on lead and conversion status.

Reporting Structure
Report directly to the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) if present at the branch.
If an ABM is not present, report directly to the Branch Manager (BM).
