Club Travalet is looking for an experienced Ticketing Staff to join our team.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Ticketing

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings and reservations.
Issue, reissue, cancel, and modify tickets as required.
Manage PNRs, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.
Assist customers with itinerary and ticket-related queries.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when required.
Ensure accurate and timely ticketing services.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
Good knowledge of domestic and international ticketing procedures.
Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced travel environment.
