Mangalassery Agro Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (M-Agro), a third-generation agrochemical distributor serving Kerala since 1971, is hiring a Field Sales Executive for Thrissur district. The role involves visiting dealers on a weekly route basis to collect orders, building dealer relationships, and supporting M-Agro's expansion into Thrissur. Reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities
Visit assigned dealers across Thrissur district weekly to collect orders
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with dealers
Communicate product information, new arrivals, and offers accurately
Track dealer requirements and market feedback; report to the MD
Coordinate with office/warehouse for order processing and delivery
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
Identify recent dealer prospects to support district expansion




Maintain accurate visit and order records

Requirements
Any degree or postgraduate qualification
1–3 years of field sales experience preferred; freshers welcome
Valid driving license mandatory
Own two-wheeler an advantage
Willingness to travel regularly across Thrissur district
Good communication in Malayalam; working English preferred
Commitment, integrity, and a relationship-driven approach

Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000, based on experience
