Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and target-driven specialists for the Direct Channel Sales team. The role involves acquiring new customers, generating business through self-sourcing and company-generated leads, promoting life insurance products, and achieving sales targets through direct customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate life insurance business through direct customer acquisition.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial protection needs.
Recommend suitable life insurance products based on customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation.
Provide after-sales service and policy servicing support.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, BFSI, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with solid sales aptitude may also be considered for entry-level roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Direct Channel, Agency Channel, Banking, CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, Telecom, or Field Sales.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
