Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant platforms.
Manage and regularly update the company's social media accounts.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Handle Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and monitor their performance.
Conduct basic SEO, keyword research and website/content optimization.
Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
Track leads, engagement, reach, conversions and campaign performance.
Research market trends, competitors and current digital marketing prospects.

Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, brochures and marketing materials.
Create visually attractive reels, videos and short-form promotional content.
Maintain consistency in company branding, colours,



fonts and visual identity.
Coordinate with the HR, Sales and Management teams for promotional creatives.
Edit images and videos as required for marketing campaigns.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
Good knowledge of video editing and Reels creation.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop new content ideas.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of AI-based content/design tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
