Minimum 1 year Experience Required
Getting project details from designing head and project Architect.
Understand the project and its requirements with project note.
After the quantity taken from final design and drawings confirm the same with project Architect and designing Head.
Completing the BOQ preparation of the project as per the priority list given by the management.
Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors.
Submitting estimation to management for final approval and sending to the clients (update the same with clients).
Receiving the additional requirement from Admin, prepare and submit the additional BOQ to the client after getting the approval from Architect Head and submitting the same to the Admin.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
