Role Description The Executive – Security and Loss Prevention is a full-time, on-site role based in Fatwah, responsible for safeguarding Delhivery’s facilities, assets, and operations. This role involves monitoring physical security measures, overseeing access control, and ensuring compliance with security policies across the location. The executive will conduct regular risk assessments, investigate loss or security incidents, and implement preventive measures to reduce theft,



damage, and operational disruptions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with local teams and external security partners, maintaining incident records, and preparing timely reports for management. The position also requires supporting audits, training staff on security and safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement of security and loss prevention processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including surveillance management, access control, incident response, and facility security oversight.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare explicit reports, and engage with external stakeholders and security vendors.
Relevant experience in security operations, loss prevention, or risk management within logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments is beneficial.
Knowledge of local laws, compliance requirements, and safety standards, along with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, is advantageous.
Familiarity with security technologies (CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems) will be an added advantage.
