We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, promoting products/services, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
Explain product features, perks, pricing, and offers to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer information.
For field sales: Visit shops, dealers, distributors, and potential customers regularly.
For tele-sales: Contact customers through phone calls and follow up on leads.
For counter sales: Assist walk-in customers and complete sales transactions professionally.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduation will be an added advantage.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Previous sales experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
For field sales roles, willingness to travel within the assigned territory is required.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives may be provided.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
