Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Channel Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace business, with a focus on international Amazon marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central.
Manage Amazon UK, Europe, GCC, and other marketplaces.
Plan and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
Manage product listings, catalog, keywords, and SEO.
Monitor pricing, Buy Box, promotions, and product visibility.
Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, sales, and profitability.
Manage Amazon Account Health, cases, appeals, and policy compliance.
Coordinate inventory, product launches, and marketplace activities.
Analyze marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.




Develop strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Amazon Marketplace experience.
1+ year of international Amazon experience preferred.
Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
Good knowledge of catalog management, pricing, promotions, and Account Health.
Solid analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience with Amazon UK, Europe, or GCC is preferred.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Target-oriented and able to take ownership of marketplace performance.
Willingness to relocate to Calicut is mandatory.
