– Event & Projects Coordinator

● Understand event requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

● Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Training, Operations, and Logistics for smooth event execution.

● Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements, schedules, updates, and feedback.

● Coordinate with vendors and follow up to ensure timely arrangements and service delivery.

● Assist in managing event logistics, materials, manpower, venue arrangements, and other requirements.

● Support on-ground event execution and ensure activities are completed as planned.

● Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks, and highlight issues or delays to the senior team.

● Maintain event-related records and assist in preparing reports and documentation.

EDUCATION & OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED –





● Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate event coordination, project coordination, operations, administration, hospitality, or a related field.

● Solid coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

● Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

● Valuable problem-solving and organizational skills.

● Willingness to travel for events, whenever required.

● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
