Greenscape Energy Private Limited is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives for our Solar Division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, conducting basic site assessments, explaining solar solutions, following up with prospects, and closing residential and commercial solar deals. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent solar leads through field visits, references and local market activities.

Visit residential and commercial customers across Lucknow. Understand customer electricity consumption and solar requirements.

Explain

On-Grid, Hybrid and Rooftop Solar Systems , subsidy benefits and estimated savings. Conduct basic site surveys and collect electricity bills/site details. Prepare and explain quotations with support from the technical team.

Regularly follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed orders. Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads and follow-ups. Coordinate with the office, technical and installation teams after order confirmation.

Develop relationships with local businesses, builders, architects, electricians and referral partners.





Candidate Requirements Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Solar, electrical, field sales, insurance, telecom, real estate or similar sales experience will be preferred.

Must Have: Positive communication and convincing skills Comfortable with field sales and customer visits Smartphone with WhatsApp Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage Target-oriented and disciplined approach Salary & Incentives Salary: Fixed Salary Attractive Sales Incentives Travel Allowance: As per company policy Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful solar sales High performers will have opportunities to grow into Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager roles.
