Responsibilities:
Own battery homologation end-to-end per program—plan, agency test, certificate closure
Pre-homologation inspection and sign-off of every pack before dispatch
ARAI / ICAT coordination: slot booking, witness tests, deviation closure
Own the post-T0 dispatch release decision
Maintain compliance documentation and traceability to the released BOM revision
Allocate and track homologation test packs against the build plan

Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E. in

Mechanical Engineering

.
Relevant experience in

EV battery pack homologation and compliance

.

Required Skills:
Positive understanding of battery pack compliance, testing, and certification processes.
Ability to read and interpret battery pack drawings, specifications, and BOMs

.
Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable documentation and tracking skills.
Understanding of EV battery pack architecture and safety requirements will be an added advantage.
