Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Event Manager located in Hyderabad.

The Event

Manager intern will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including meetings with clients to understand requirements, preparing event timelines, and coordinating logistics. Daily tasks include vendor coordination, venue visits, supporting setup and breakdown, and managing on-the-day event operations under the guidance of senior staff. The intern will help track budgets, maintain documentation, and contribute to marketing and promotional activities for events.



The role requires flexibility to work evenings or weekends when events are scheduled and a commitment to learning all aspects of event management.

Qualifications
Ability to plan and coordinate events, including scheduling, vendor liaison, and in office execution.
Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Basic understanding of budgeting, logistics, and event operations; willingness to learn industry best practices.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, messaging platforms).
Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Availability to work in office in Hyderabad and to support events during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
