Role Description This is a full-time, in office Ecommerce Specialist role based in Surat.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will manage the online storefront, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal. The role involves monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, and optimizing categories, promotions, and campaigns to increase conversions and revenue. The individual will coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely inventory updates, smooth order processing, and effective returns handling. Daily tasks also include responding to customer inquiries related to online orders,



enhancing user experience across digital touchpoints, and assisting in the planning and execution of ecommerce marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including managing online product catalogs, promotions, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive online shopping experience.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales reports, website metrics, and customer behavior, and to recommend data-driven improvements.
Relevant experience working with ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and basic digital marketing tools is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Prior experience in fashion retail or apparel ecommerce and a strong interest in women's Western and indo-western fashion are advantageous.
A diploma or degree in business, marketing, fashion management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
