We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and convincing skills, along with experience handling leads and converting enquiries into consultations, preferably in the hair transplant or cosmetic healthcare field.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential patients.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
Understand patient requirements and provide relevant information about hair transplant procedures and treatments.
Convince and motivate prospective patients to schedule consultations.
Maintain regular follow-ups and work towards lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
