Field Sales Executive
Handle field sales activities for banking and financial products.
Generate recent customers and leads through field visits and direct customer interaction.
Promote and open Savings Accounts / CASA accounts.
Sell General Insurance products to prospective customers.
Meet customers in the field, understand their requirements, and explain suitable products.
Achieve the assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Prioritize customer acquisition and business generation.

Key Responsibilities

CASA & Account Acquisition:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for Savings Accounts / CASA.
Contact prospective customers and explain account features and benefits.
Complete the account-opening process as per company requirements.
Achieve the monthly target of 100 Savings Accounts.

Insurance Sales
Promote and sell General Insurance products.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Field Sales & Lead Generation




Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
Generate current leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and other sources.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up consistently to achieve successful conversions.

Target Achievement
Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and maintain regular reporting.
Work in a target-driven setting and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of sales / field sales experience.
Experience in banking, CASA, insurance, loans, credit cards, or field sales will be preferred.
Good communication and customer-convincing skills.
Strong lead-generation and sales abilities.
Willingness to work in the field and meet customers regularly.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated approach.
Freshers are not eligible.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
