Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial modeling knowledge, and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and business insights.
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and key financial performance indicators.
Conduct financial research and assist with business and investment analysis.
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Present financial findings and recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.




2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, corporate finance, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Knowledge of ERP/financial management systems.
Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
CFA, MBA Finance, CA, or related certification is a plus.
