Fabric Cutting Master – Corporate Uniforms

We are currently hiring an experienced Fabric Cutting Master to join our team and lead our bulk cutting operations for corporate uniforms.

Below are the details for the position:

Role Overview:

The Fabric Cutting Master will oversee bulk cutting operations for structured corporate wear, including formal shirts, trousers, blazers, vests and other types of corporate uniforms . This role is responsible for pattern layout, marker making, fabric inspection, and high-precision cutting to maximize fabric yield and keep stitching lines running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

 Interpret technical specs and size charts for bulk corporate wear orders.

 Develop, lay out, and optimize markers to ensure maximum fabric utilization and minimal waste.

 Inspect suiting, shirting, poly-viscose, and lining fabrics for flaws, shade variations, and shrinkage.

 Operate industrial cutting tools (straight knife, band knife, round knife)



to cut multi-ply fabrics accurately.

 Match patterns, stripes, and checks across jacket and trouser panels.

 Bundle, mark, and organize cut components by size and order for production assembly.

Requirements

 Experience:5+ years as a Cutting Master in corporate uniforms, formal wear, or suiting/shirting.

 Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of fabric grain, shrinkage, interlinings, and structured garment construction.

 Skills: Expertise in manual marker planning, pattern layout, and industrial cutting machinery.

 Attributes: High attention to detail, symmetry, and defect detection in high-volume manufacturing.
