Better Works HR is looking for a The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, scheduling and conducting in-person meetings, and presenting Better Works HR’s solutions to decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads through field visits and networking, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals.

The Field Sales

Specialist will maintain strong customer relationships, provide ongoing support, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. The role also involves tracking performance against sales targets, preparing regular reports, and sharing market insights to support business strategy.

Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, respond to inquiries professionally,



and ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify prospects, conduct effective sales meetings, and close deals in a competitive market.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to proactively source new prospects through field visits, referrals, events, and local market research.
Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to maintain accurate records, use CRM tools efficiently, and report on sales activities and performance.
Relevant experience in field sales, preferably in HR services or B2B solutions, is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in the field, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Comfort with local travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and familiarity with the regional business landscape.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
