Role Description The Freelance Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with client and internal creative briefs. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and organizing clips, editing video sequences, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and applying color corrections for a consistent visual style. The role also involves integrating motion graphics and visual elements, collaborating with the production team to refine concepts, and preparing final deliverables for various digital platforms.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat,



requiring consistent availability during standard working hours and close coordination with other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics across projects.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and branding in video content.
Experience using industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
Solid understanding of pacing, narrative structure, and sound design in video editing.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with directors, producers, and other creative team members on-site in Surat.
Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
