Strong experience managing software development projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking.
Robust skills in resource planning, estimation, risk management, and dependency management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
