Role Overview The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial functions, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective financial planning. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to partner with business teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with statutory and internal requirements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury operations.
Liasioning & Preparation of data for CA certificate for funding.
Getting Income Tax Audit closed annually including prepration of data for Form 3CD.
Ensure compliance with tax laws,



statutory filings (TDS,GST,PF and ESI Challan).
Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize company liquidity.
Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Support business restructuring, expansion, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
CA/CPA/CMA qualified (mandatory).
Robust knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS) and taxation.
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Tally).
