English Literature Tutor (Online) | Years 3–11 | GCSE, KS2 SATs & 11+ We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated English Educator to join our growing team and deliver engaging online lessons to students from Year 3 through Year 11.

Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality online English lessons to students across Years 3–11.

Prepare students for

KS2 SATs 11+ Grammar School Entrance Examinations GCSE English Language and English Literature Develop lesson plans, resources, homework, and assessments tailored to individual student needs.

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.

Foster a positive and engaging online learning environment.

Adapt teaching methods to suit students of varying abilities and learning styles.

Essential Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Literature, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching or tutoring GCSE English.

Solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
Experience preparing students for GCSE, KS2 SATs, and 11+ examinations.
Familiarity with major GCSE exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and Eduqas.
Ability to confidently teach students from Year 3 to Year 11.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.





Access to a pen tablet and/or proficiency in using an interactive online whiteboard for lesson delivery.

Reliable internet connection and a professional online teaching setup.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience teaching within the UK education system.

Experience working with high-achieving students and grammar school entrance preparation.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
