Responsibilities
Oversee cost control, financial planning, budgeting, and accounting activities across the Group.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including Zero Based Costing (ABC), Forecasting & budgeting
Review financial records, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Identify cost inefficiencies and spending trends and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and financial discipline.
Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance, coordinating with external auditors where required.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
Establish, maintain, and monitor internal controls to minimize financial and operational risks.
Lead and support the Cost Control Team, promoting accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
Evaluate investment proposals, business cases, and capital expenditure (CapEx) based on cost-perk and financial viability.
Provide financial analysis, process evaluation,



and actionable recommendations to support management decision-making, growth, and profitability.

Required Skills
Strong financial analysis, cost control, and management accounting skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
High attention to accuracy, detail, and data integrity.
Ability to convert financial data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/ Postgraduate degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, management accounting, or FP&A; is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
