Field Service Engineer Industrial Machinery Support Duties/: Equipment Installation &
Commissioning/: Oversee the initial trial runs of industrial machinery at customer manufacturing sites, including unboxing, levelling, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, pneumatic/hydraulic hookup, and PLC parameter loading. On/-Site Technical Troubleshooting &
Emergency Repairs/: Respond to customer service enquiries as soon as possible. To swiftly restore machine operations, do on/-site fault diagnosis on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.

Preventive

Maintenance &
AMC Service Execution/: Arrange and carry out planned preventive maintenance visits in accordance with Annual Maintenance Contracts /(AMCs/); do thorough machine health inspections, wear/-and/-tear evaluations, calibrations, and component replacements.

Customer

Training &
Technical Support/: To avoid premature machine wear, instruct client operators and plant maintenance technicians on protected practices, basic autonomous maintenance techniques, and daily maintenance routines.

Field Safety

Compliance &
Service Documentation/: Complete thorough Field Service Reports /(FSR/) and obtain customer sign/-offs upon work completion; closely adhere to client site safety rules,



Lockout/Tagout /(LOTO/) processes, and personal protective equipment /(PPE/) mandates.

Focus Skills/: Deep practical understanding of electro/-mechanical servicing, including linear guides, ball screws, hydraulic valves, pneumatic actuators, electrical drives, servo motors, gearboxes and power transmission systems, is required for industrial equipment service and field diagnostics mastery.

Control

Systems, PLC &
Electrical Diagnostics/: The ability to interpret hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and basic PLC parameter checks, fault clearing, and sensor diagnostics /(Siemens, FANUC, Mitsubishi, Allen/-Bradley/).

Customer

Handling &
Field Communication/: Excellent interpersonal abilities to control client expectations, handle customer tension during machine failures, and establish long/-term trust. Solid adherence to field safety procedures, such as lockout/tagout /(LOTO/), electrical safety inspections, arc/-flash regulations, overhead crane safety, and client plant safety procedures, is demonstrated by EHS and site safety compliance.
