Role & responsibilities
Manage books of accounts and finance operations for group entities.
Perform bank, account and intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support quarterly financial reporting and consolidation.
Prepare financial analysis and management reports.
Calculate and compile private fund management fees.
Maintain finance SOPs, policies and process documentation.
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation.
Preferred candidate profile Qualified CA with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and related finance operations.
