Role Description This is a full-time, in office Fresher Architect role based in Vidisha.

The Fresher

Architect will support senior architects in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting in project documentation. Daily tasks may include creating sketches and 2D/3D plans, coordinating with internal team members, and participating in design reviews. The role involves learning to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic design solutions and supporting site visits or measurements as needed.

The Fresher

Architect is expected to be proactive, detail-oriented,



and eager to develop professional skills in a collaborative studio workplace.

Qualifications
Educational background in Architecture (Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution).
Basic proficiency in architectural design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software).
Strong visualization and conceptual thinking skills with an interest in human-centered and timeless design.
Ability to create transparent drawings, sketches, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
Good understanding of fundamental architectural principles, materials, and space planning.
Willingness to learn local building regulations, standards, and best practices under guidance.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a studio team environment.
Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and readiness to take initiative on assigned tasks.
Internship or academic project experience in architecture or related fields is an advantage, but not mandatory.
