About the Project A prestigious branded hotel is under development in Indore, designed to set recent benchmarks in luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We are seeking an experienced Finishing Engineer to oversee and ensure the highest standards of finishing works across the property.

Role Overview The Finishing Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all finishing activities, ensuring quality, precision, and timely delivery. This role demands strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and prior experience in high-end hospitality or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, false ceilings, joinery, painting, and decorative elements.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.
Conduct quality checks and approve materials, workmanship,



and finishes.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with project standards.
Prepare reports, track timelines, and update management on progress.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in hotel or luxury commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern construction techniques.
Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Eye for detail, quality, and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
