Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Manage manpower, shift planning, and workforce productivity.
Ensure optimum utilization of machines, raw materials, and other resources.
Monitor production costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
Maintain inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Ensure preventive maintenance and effective functioning of machinery.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and MIS reports.
Train, mentor, and evaluate factory personnel.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
