Core Responsibilities:-
Safety and Environmental Compliance (HSSE): Enforce strict health, safety, security, and environmental protocols. Oversee hazardous material handling, run emergency response drills, and comply with government regulations to prevent spills or accidents.
Production and Operations Oversight: Manage the receipt, processing, storage, and dispatch of petroleum products (fuels, lubricants). Monitor output metrics to meet refining or distribution schedules.
Equipment Maintenance: Implement proactive maintenance strategies for high-risk machinery like pipelines, tanks, and refinery units to reduce costly downtime and equipment failure.
Quality Control:



Maintain strict quality assurance standards for refined or blended petroleum products to ensure they match exact specifications before delivery.
Resource and Cost Management: Monitor operational expenses, optimize energy consumption, manage inventory levels, and reduce material waste to improve plant profitability.
Team Leadership and Training: Supervise plant staff and technical supervisors. Coordinate technical training, hire personnel, and cultivate a safety-first workplace culture.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
