Once Upon Me makes personalized storybooks and studio-quality movies where a child becomes the hero of their own story. We are a small founding team that runs most of the company with AI agents, and we are looking for the human who keeps it all moving.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You are the human interface for an agent-run company. Our AI agents handle the production, tracking, and analytics grunt work. You direct them, verify their output, and own the parts that need a human: vendors, meetings, judgment calls, and follow-ups. Most of the role is coordination and tracking, and the bar is straightforward: nothing slips.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Founder leverage. Manage the founder's calendar, prep meetings, capture action items, and chase every follow-up to closure. Nobody should have to be reminded twice.
Production. Turn child profiles into finished storybooks and movies using our AI agent pipeline (we train you, no coding needed). Track every order from paid to approved-for-print and flag anything stuck.
Fulfillment. Own the order tracker end to end. Manage printing timelines and quality with our print vendor in Okhla, book and track shipments on Shiprocket, and catch delays before the customer does.
Marketing ops. Sit in every marketing meeting. Keep the creative and campaign calendar honest (what is due, who owes it, what is blocked) and track live campaigns alongside the founder and the marketing lead.
Whatever the week needs. Early stage means the role flexes: vendor visits one week, customer follow-ups or event prep the next.
WHO YOU ARE
1 to 3 years in startup operations, program coordination, or a founder's office / EA-plus role (exceptional freshers with internship proof welcome)
You keep lists and close loops without being chased
You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) every day and get them to do in ten minutes what used to take an hour
You write clearly and rapid (most vendor and customer coordination happens on WhatsApp)
You are based in Delhi NCR and can visit the print vendor when needed
You are comfortable with ambiguity and carry no ego about small tasks
