Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Chargeback and Dispute Resolution processes.
Oversee daily Settlement Operations and ensure timely merchant and banking settlements.
Handle Reconciliation (Transaction, Settlement, Merchant, and Bank Reconciliation) activities.
Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements and automation initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Risk, Nodal, Finance, Product, Technology, and Banking Partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, ensuring productivity and performance.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reviews for senior management.
Handle escalations and drive issue resolution within defined timelines.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
