Welcome and greet gym members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle front desk operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Manage member registrations, renewals, enquiries, and appointments.
Explain gym memberships, packages, offers, and facilities to prospective members.
Follow up with prospective customers and existing members.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
Maintain accurate member records and update membership information.
Handle membership payments and provide receipts where applicable.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.
Maintain daily attendance and front desk records.
Address basic member queries and resolve issues professionally.
Support membership sales and achieve assigned sales/follow-up targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Perform basic administrative and computer-related tasks.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, sales, or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Should be punctual, responsible, and professional.
Candidates with gym, fitness centre, hotel, salon, or customer-service experience are preferred.
