·Responsibilities:

 Managing procurement: Overseeing the procurement process, from sourcing to delivery  Negotiating contracts: Reviewing bid documents, selecting bidders, and negotiating prices and quotations  Evaluating suppliers: Assessing suppliers for quality and pricing  Maintaining inventory: Managing the inventory of supplies  Collaborating with project managers: Understanding material requirements and ensuring timely delivery  Monitoring supplier performance: Addressing issues as needed  Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.  Implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce excess stock and associated costs.  Prepare reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
