About the Role: HS Grid One is building the digital intelligence layer for industrial supply chains. Our flagship product, TrustGrid QC , replaces slow, corruptible manual quality testing at factory weighbridges with an instant, multimodal AI gatekeeper.

We are looking for a Founding Technical Lead to take our core prototype and architect it into a scalable enterprise platform. You will not be training foundation models from scratch or soldering edge hardware. Instead, you will act as a high-velocity product builder: orchestrating multimodal LLM APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI), building a resilient Python/Node backend, and designing the immutable database ledger that tracks our ground-truth data.

Key Responsibilities:
API Orchestration: Architect the secure backend (FastAPI or Node.js) to handle image uploads, manage dynamic few-shot system prompts,



and parse structured JSON responses from the Gemini Vision API.
Database & Data Flywheel: Design the PostgreSQL (or Supabase) schema to immutably log weighbridge scans, supplier data, and delayed physical lab results for continuous algorithmic calibration.
Web & Mobile Execution: Build and maintain a clean, responsive inspector interface and enterprise admin dashboard using React or Next.js.
Network Resilience: Implement offline caching, image compression, and asynchronous task queues to ensure the app remains blazing rapid at rural/semi-urban factory gates with 2G/3G/4G/5G connectivity.

What We Are Looking For:
3 to 6 years of full-stack engineering experience (Python/FastAPI, Node.js, React/Next.js).
Direct experience integrating and orchestrating GenAI / multimodal vision APIs into production applications.
Solid foundation in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, or GCP).
High agency: You thrive in early-stage chaos, prefer shipping over endless planning, and understand that code is just a tool to solve business problems.
