About the Role

Ara Lumiere is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have a solid sense of design, fabric knowledge, garment construction, and trend forecasting, with the ability to translate concepts into premium, market-ready collections.

Key Responsibilities
Research fashion trends, colour palettes, fabrics, and silhouettes for upcoming collections.
Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal collections.
Create sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications.
Select fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories suitable for luxury garments.
Coordinate with the merchandising and production teams during sampling and production.




Conduct fittings and make design modifications based on feedback.
Ensure garments meet brand quality, fit, and aesthetic standards.
Visit vendors and production units when required to oversee sample development.
Maintain design documentation, tech packs, and sample records.
Collaborate with the marketing team for photoshoots, campaigns, and product launches.

Required Skills
Strong fashion illustration and sketching skills.
Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (preferred).
Understanding of luxury fashion, couture, and contemporary women's wear.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple collections and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
