Role Description The Domestic Process Blendid role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling domestic customer processes, ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring workflow, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

Daily tasks include interacting with customers or internal stakeholders, documenting process steps, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting implementation of improvements. The individual will coordinate with team members, follow defined procedures, maintain quality standards, and meet productivity and compliance targets.



The role may also include assisting in training new team members on process guidelines and tools, and supporting cross-functional collaboration when needed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and a focus on Business Process Improvement.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess Training capabilities to support onboarding and process education for team members.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate within a structured team environment.
Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with basic computer applications and data entry tools; experience with process management systems is an advantage.
Prior experience in domestic process operations, BPO, or shared services is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is an added benefit.
