Role Description The English PRT (Primary Teacher) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and delivering engaging English lessons for primary school learners, aligned with the CBSE curriculum and the school’s integrated program. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, using age-appropriate teaching methods, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The English PRT will also manage classroom activities, maintain records, support co-curricular initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student learning.



The teacher is expected to participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and school events as part of ongoing career development and community building.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, with experience in primary or elementary education.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess basic Translation skills to support learners who may need help bridging between languages.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond professionally and empathetically to student and parent queries.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification preferred.
