About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and organised Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder & MD.

This is a high-visibility role involving business coordination, execution, follow-ups and strategic support, beyond traditional administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings and priorities.
Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation and itineraries.
Coordinate with leadership and teams across functions to drive key initiatives.
Track action items, follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
Prepare presentations, reports, MIS and meeting agendas.
Support business reviews, client meetings and important discussions.
Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.




Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
Monitor key projects and proactively flag delays or issues.
Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Support special projects and initiatives led by the Founder.

What We Are Looking For
4–5+ years of experience as an EA, Executive Office qualified, Business Coordinator or similar role.
Experience working closely with a Founder, MD, CEO or senior leader preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Solid organisation, follow-up and execution abilities.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Proactive, mature and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
High ownership, discretion and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
