B lalo is a contemporary personal styling company bridging AI-driven wardrobe technology with bespoke, one-on-one personal styling consultancy. We help clients audit their closets, build cohesive capsules, and curate everyday looks by combining smart digital tools with expert human insight.

Role Description
1-on-1 Styling Consultations: Conduct in-depth style discovery calls and consultations to assess client needs, preferences, lifestyle requirements, and budget constraints.
Wardrobe Curation & Audits: Perform structured closet evaluations—recommending versatile outfit pairings, identifying wardrobe gaps, and building practical capsule collections.
Personal Shopping & Sourcing: Curate tailored shopping lookbooks and sourcing recommendations leveraging the Delhi NCR retail landscape (designer boutiques, high-street hubs, local bespoke tailors, and multi-brand stores).
Tech-Enabled Styling: Work with blalo’s digital wardrobe workflows to log, categorize, and build virtual looks for clients.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships through proactive check-ins, event-specific styling support, and seasonal wardrobe updates.
SOP & Lookbook Development:



Develop standardized styling frameworks, mood boards, and aesthetic guides to elevate blalo’s overall styling standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe planning skills, with an eye for trends, fit, and color coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand needs, and deliver a positive in-store experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to recommend products, handle objections, and support upselling and cross-selling.
Relevant experience in retail fashion, personal styling, or image consulting is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi NCR, including weekends and peak retail hours, as needed.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail in managing fittings, inventory coordination, and visual displays.
Valuable Knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, and garment care; formal training in fashion, design, or merchandising is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of the Delhi NCR fashion ecosystem, including top shopping districts
