Position: Guest Service Associate – F&B; Service

Location: The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa

About the Role The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a 5-star hotel/resort and possess strong communication, service, and guest-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide warm, courteous, and professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Set up and maintain restaurant, banquet, and other F&B; outlets as per standards.
Serve food and beverages according to established service procedures.
Ensure proper mise-en-place before and during service.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth and effective service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
Assist with buffet setup, clearing, replenishment, and closing procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the menu,



ingredients, promotions, and hotel facilities.
Ensure compliance with F&B; SOPs and luxury service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel/resort is mandatory.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality is mandatory.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong guest-handling and service orientation.
Good grooming and skilled presentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Candidates with experience in luxury resorts will be preferred.
