Job Title: F&B; Service Staff / Food & Beverage Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B; Service Staff to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
Set up and clear tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly attend to guest requests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Follow hotel SOPs,



food safety, and service standards.
Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel/restaurant F&B; service is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and guest-oriented approach.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Well-groomed and qualified personality.

Job Type: Full-Time Department: Food & Beverage Service

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
