Role & responsibilities
Lead People Technology Support Operations for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing L2/L3 support team.
Own implementation, configuration, deployment, release management, testing, and production support activities.
Manage integrations across HR, Payroll, IAM, Finance, and Enterprise systems.
Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes following ITIL best practices.
Monitor and improve SLAs, KPIs, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Security, Payroll, and external vendors.
Ensure audit readiness, compliance, access governance, and documentation standards.
Oversee the Enterprise Applications portfolio, including SuccessFactors, HR platforms, and Atlassian tools.

Preferred candidate profile
7+ years of experience in HR Technology,



HRIS, or People Systems leadership.
Robust expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support operations.
Experience with Greenhouse, Beeline, SmartRecruiters, and HR ecosystem integrations.
Robust knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
Proven experience managing global support operations, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience establishing or supporting Global Capability Center (GCC) operations.
Exposure to IAM, Security, Audit, Compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
