Job Summary:

La Pateng (A Unit of Prai Residency) is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B; Service GSAs to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests in the restaurant and banquet areas.

Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained as per service standards
Assist guests with menu recommendations and respond to queries
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant area
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Follow hotel service standards and grooming policies

Requirements:




Minimum 1 year experience in F&B; Service in the hospitality industry
Fluent in English and Hindi
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Positive attitude and strong guest service orientation

Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality

Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel preferred

Salary: As per industry standards
